How do I request a return?

Once your complaints are received, we will proceed to resolve the issues identified.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, returns are restricted.

We will offer refunds or replacements if:

  • Items are damaged
  • Incorrect items are supplied
  • Products are unfit for consumption

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened food items (unless faulty)
  • Change of mind

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.


10. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed

11. Food Safety & Storage

Customers are responsible for:

  • Checking allergens before consumption
  • Proper storage (especially frozen/chilled items)
